STN uses a new phenotypic database that integrates with the existing LIMS for a more efficient management of the clinical data. One of the key features of this software is to allow the clinicians/researchers/consent nurses to be able to perform data entry (either manually or batch upload) at the collection sites through a web portal. The web portal will also allow customized searchers by Principal Investigators and limited searches by the public. The structure of the STN Phenotypic Database Electronic Case Report Form (PDAECRF) System is shown below.

Lab Information Management System (LIMS)

STN has been using Nautilus LIMS system since year 2004. The system can be configured to suit specific laboratory environment, enabling users with appropriate security level to perform the following functions in the laboratory
